OutstandingExtremely polite staff. Lounge was only about 25% full. Good drinks and good food.

Needs ImprovementVeteran user of this lounge. The staff is without fail surly and sometimes nasty. The front desk person was super rude. The food is abominable and is so each time I go. Overcrowded and awful.

SatisfactoryPerfectly fine lounge with a great view of the iconic, vintage “Fly Delta Jets” sign. Crowded, but didn’t have much trouble finding a seat at 12 on a Sunday. Unfortunately, it was absolutely filthy.

Worth a DetourPacked Friday at 9p. Ten minute wait for Priority Pass but they brought drinks to us while we waited and then seated us. Food was limited, but drinks were great and staff was very friendly.
